| Rates / Reservations Regular rates are $195 per night, $1225 per week or $3,990 per month. The minimum rental in the regular season is $585. Peak season (December 1 through March 31) rates are $235 per night, $1505 per week or $4,950 per month. The minimum rental during peak season is $705. Spring Special (April 1 through May 31) rates are $165 per night, $1050 per week or $3150 per month. Inquire about seasonal rates. Add 9% Vermont Room Tax plus a refundable $200 damage deposit. A $500 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival. Refunds (less $100 administrative fee) will be given if, after cancellation, other guests fill your reserved dates. How To Reserve the Rye Chalet
First, let us know that you definitely want it and for which arrival date and which departure date. We will set up an account for you, email you an invoice and hold the chalet for you while you send either full payment or a $500 deposit. We will need your address to send your refund of the $200 damage deposit.
When we receive your payment, we will update our web site and Internet listings to show the chalet as unavailable to others for your reserved dates. You may pay by check or credit card. Let us know your preference.
Paying by check - If you choose to pay by check, we will hold your reservation for one week while we wait for your check to arrive in the mail.
To pay in one payment: Send a check made out to Rye Chalet, c/o Citizens Bank, 1108 VT Route 149, West Pawlet, VT 05775. When we receive payment, we will email you an update statement recording your payment.
To pay in two payments: Send a $500 deposit check made out to Rye Chalet for the full amount due to Rye Chalet, c/o Citizens Bank, 1108 VT Route 149, West Pawlet, VT 05775. When we receive it, we email you a statement recording your deposit and invoicing you for the balance. The balance due must reach us any time before two weeks prior to your arrival date.
Paying by credit card - If you choose to pay by credit card, we will hold your reservation for 48 hours while you send payment through PayPal.
To pay in one payment: We will send you a PayPal invoice for the full amount.
When we receive payment, we will email you an update statement recording your payment.
To pay in two payments: You may send your $500 deposit through PayPal by clicking on the PayPal logo on the Rental Info page of our web site and using your credit card. When we receive the deposit, we will email you an update statement recording your payment. Then we will email you a PayPal invoice for the balance. The balance due must be sent through the PayPal invoice any time before two weeks prior to your arrival date.
